production, defects and returns

all our creations are entirely handmade: they are artisanal artistic ceramics, guaranteed and 100% made in italy.

all items can be washed by hand and in the dishwasher.

being handcrafted products, they can never guarantee the perfection of industrial manufacturing: any small irregularities such as tiny dots, slight drips or minor glaze openings should not be considered defects, but natural characteristics of manual workmanship.

however, if an imperfection should prove to be a real production defect, beyond the artisanal nature of the product, the customer may contact us promptly on the same day the item is received, providing photographs documenting what has been found. we will then arrange the replacement of the product with shipping at our expense.

production times

the production times indicated in the product sheets are always approximate. in general, artisanal manufacturing requires around 20–40 days, but the duration may vary exclusively based on:

customized products

products clearly customized in their decoration cannot be returned, refunded or replaced. pursuant to art. 59, paragraph 1, letter c of the italian consumer code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to measure or clearly personalized.

our production is inspired by the style of the sorrento peninsula and the amalfi coast and is entirely made in campania.
