We rely on national and international couriers for our shipments; the packaging is designed to adequately protect the contents. Upon request, we provide the tracking code, which allows the customer to follow the status of the shipped order.

Shipping costs are charged to the customer, except for items marked as "FREE SHIPPING", even in cases where the customer refuses the parcel or is not reachable by the courier.

In the event of damaged or broken goods, the customer must contact us on the same day of delivery, providing photos and details of the damage. We will then resend the products at no additional cost; however, since these are handcrafted items and not available for immediate delivery, normal production times will be required again.

WE RECOMMEND ACCEPTING THE DELIVERY "WITH RESERVATION OF INSPECTION" AT THE TIME OF COLLECTION, SO THAT THE SHIPPING INSURANCE CAN BE VALIDATED.

Shipping will be carried out within 40 days from the moment the order is placed and payment is received. The indicated times are approximate and not binding.

Ceramica Sorrentino will fully comply with the stated production timeline, but does not assume responsibility for delivery delays caused by the courier, natural disasters, exceptional events, or customs procedures that may extend delivery times.

Any claim must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the goods. After this period, claims will no longer be accepted.

⭐ DELIVERY MANAGEMENT AND CONTACT DETAILS

We provide the courier with the phone number indicated by the customer, but couriers are not required to make phone calls: calling is entirely at their discretion.

The courier generally makes two delivery attempts.

The parcel will be returned to the sender in the following cases:

• customer not reachable after two attempts

• incorrect, incomplete, or non‑matching shipping address

• name missing or not legible on the intercom

• absence of an intercom

• house number not visible, missing, or not identifiable from outside

• impossibility of delivery due to reasons attributable to the recipient

In all these cases, the courier will report "incorrect address" or "recipient not deliverable", and the parcel will be automatically returned to the sender.

⭐ COSTS IN CASE THE PARCEL IS RETURNED

When the parcel is returned to the sender, the courier applies two separate shipping costs:

• the cost of the return shipment to the sender

• the cost of the new shipment to the recipient

Therefore, the customer must pay both shipping costs in order to receive the parcel again.

⭐ IMPORTANT: SPECIFY THE TYPE OF DESTINATION CORRECTLY

To avoid delivery issues, it is mandatory to specify whether the address is:

• PRIVATE RESIDENCE

• BUSINESS / SHOP / OFFICE

Shipments to private residences and shipments to commercial locations are handled differently by couriers. Incorrect classification may result in:

• failed delivery

• parcel storage

• return to sender

• additional costs charged to the customer

We therefore recommend carefully completing all address fields, including:

• type of destination (residential or commercial)

• name on the intercom

• exact and clearly visible house number

• business name, if applicable

⭐ RESPONSIBILITY FOR SHIPMENTS ORGANIZED BY THE CUSTOMER

Ceramica Sorrentino does not assume any responsibility for shipments carried out through couriers chosen and arranged directly by the customer. In such cases, any delays, losses, damages, or delivery issues must be handled exclusively by the customer with their own courier.

All our creations are entirely handmade: they are artisanal artistic ceramics, guaranteed and 100% Made in Italy.

All items can be washed by hand and in the dishwasher.

As handcrafted products, they can never guarantee the perfection of industrial production: any small irregularities must not be considered defects, but natural characteristics of manual workmanship.

However, should an imperfection prove to be an actual production defect, beyond the artisanal nature of the product, the customer may contact us promptly on the same day the item is received, providing photographs documenting the issue. We will then replace the product with shipping at our expense.

🕒 Production Times

The production times indicated on the product pages are always approximate. In general, artisanal creation requires about 20–40 days, but the duration may vary exclusively based on:

• the workload of the workshop

• drying and firing conditions

We will always do our best to meet the expected timelines.

📌 Customized Products

Products that are clearly customized in their decoration cannot be returned, refunded, or replaced. Pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter c of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to measure or clearly personalized.

Our production is inspired by the style of the Sorrento Peninsula and the Amalfi Coast and is entirely made in Campania.
