SHIPPING & DELIVERY

For our shipments, we rely on national and international couriers, and all packaging is designed to protect the contents. Upon request, we will provide a tracking code that allows customers to monitor the status of their shipped order.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for items marked "FREE SHIPPING," even in cases where the customer refuses the goods or is not traceable by the courier.

If any items arrive damaged or broken, the customer must contact us immediately on the same day of delivery, providing photos and details of the damage. We will then arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

Shipping will be carried out within 40 days from the moment the order and payment are confirmed.

Delivery times are indicative and not binding.

Any complaints must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the goods. After 7 days, complaints will no longer be accepted.

DEFECTS & RETURNS

All our creations are entirely handmade—artistic, artisan ceramics, guaranteed and 100% Made in Italy.

The materials and colors used are non-toxic.

Unless otherwise specified, all items can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher.

As handcrafted products, they cannot guarantee the perfection of industrial execution, and minor imperfections should not be considered defects.

However, if an imperfection clearly appears to be a production flaw beyond the nature of artisan work, the customer may contact us promptly on the same day of receiving the item, providing photos that show the issue. We will then replace the product at no additional shipping cost.
